in the port of CIVITAVECCHIA.
The human resources department of Endesa in Madrid is responsible for organizing the courses. On the other hand, the marketing departament and projects department of the galician company Dentellada, is responsible for the development of the training course.
The course was turned into interactive workshops becouse of the participation of the audiencie (composed of engineers and project managers). The high intervention was due to anteposición of practical examples to theory from the lecturers.
For these training courses, Dentellada has been helped by VD for the development of items on controlled blasting and removal of amiantos. These two companies shared projects and work sessions in several ocassions.
At the end of the course and in a cordial atmosphere, some of the real problems in projects were been solved in collaboration of all attendees.
